DMCA / Copyright Policy

Updated 2026-09-04

1. Our approach

TheBloodofDawnwalker.lol respects copyright. Game screenshots and related materials appear on this site in an editorial context (identification, commentary, guides) under fair use (17 U.S.C. §107), with attribution to their rights holders. We do not host trailers, music, or downloadable game assets; videos are embedded from their channels of origin.

2. Designated agent

Copyright notices go to: dmca@thebloodofdawnwalker.lol (designated DMCA agent for this site).

3. Filing a takedown notice

Per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your written notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the material on this site claimed to be infringing, with a URL precise enough to locate it;
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
  5. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

4. Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed by notice, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in the mistaken removal; and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after a valid counter-notice, unless the original notifier files court action.

5. Our handling commitment

Valid notices are actioned promptly — targeted material is removed or disabled while we verify. Incomplete notices get one request for the missing elements; non-compliant notices may be declined.

6. Repeat infringers

This site has no user-uploaded content; its own materials follow a one-strike standard: a substantiated copyright complaint against site content results in permanent removal of that material, and repeat conflicts trigger re-review of the affected pages entirely.
